- ZIP Code: Your local geographic area
When businesses apply to host an ExchangeBox pickup locker, we collect:
- Contact name & business name
- Business type
- Location details: City, ZIP code, and number of locations
- Direct contact: Email address and phone number
- Locker placement preference: Indoor, Outdoor, or Either
- Optional message: Any additional notes provided
2. Cookies and Analytics
The ExchangeBox website currently uses no third-party analytics or tracking cookies. We respect your browsing privacy and do not track your activity across unrelated websites. Should our analytics or cookie usage change as our platform expands, this section will be promptly updated with full disclosure.
3. Data Usage & Storage
We use the information submitted via our forms strictly for direct operational purposes:
- To send launch notifications and milestone updates to waitlist members in upcoming launch territories.
- To review, evaluate, and respond to commercial host locker applications.
Form submissions are securely stored within our internal WordPress database and access is strictly restricted to authorized team members.
4. Data Retention
Form submissions are retained only for as long as necessary to operate the waitlist and host onboarding programs. If you wish to have your information permanently removed from our database, you may request deletion at any time, and we will purge your records upon request.
